the staff was polite and helpful. the greenery throughout the hotel is beautiful.
the bedding was not properly arranged, and there was no flat sheet. insects were also a concern. there was no mosquito repellent on the ground floor, and the mosquito net was ineffective.

this villa seemed like a dream. the architecture is captivating, carefully crafted with much detail. our two-bedroom duplex villa was spacious and so well equipped. the service was excellent, they ensured my comfort. even during a rain, staff brought breakfast to my villa, that was very sweet.
the wifi felt nonexistent. i told reception about it, they gave me another network and password. that new password did not make the connection better. i purchased an esim, so i had data at this hotel.

The staff is friendly and helpful. Requests were always fulfilled quickly. i saw genuine smiles, and the team really cared. assistance with luggage and transport was seamless.

the location is near great restaurants and attractions. access to town required shuttle service. but the seclusion added a romantic touch to everything, a real touch of magic.

The staff showed true kindness. They remembered my name. the valley view from the restaurant was magnificent, especially at sunrise. i enjoyed the on-site spa. My massage therapist was skillful. the private pool with the one-bedroom garden villa was refreshing. I swam there every morning.
